Jackie is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, and moved to Erie as a child. She graduated from Iroquois High School and soon after attended Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, Florida.
Jackie has a strong background in customer service. She worked at a major airline as a flight attendant and soon after as a customer service supervisor at Erie International Airport. She joined our team in May 2013, receiving her designation as a licensed agent in December 2013.
She is married with two children who both attend college in the Erie area, and she lives in Harborcreek. She enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.
