Jacki was born and raised in Delaware. She graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College in 1991 with an associate in applied science in Human Services. She later moved to Texas with her son where she lived for 24 years until moving to Erie in 2025 to be closer to family. She and her husband Kevin (native to Erie) have a combined 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
She recently joined our team in May 2025 and in September passed her licensing exam.
During her free time, she enjoys time with family at the beach, the lake or a football game. She enjoys exploring the area, making memories with her family. She and her husband are avid Buffalo Bills fans. Go Bills!!
