Joan was born and raised in Erie and graduated from Strong Vincent High School. She started working with a local insurance agency in 1980 before moving to the Phillips-Wisniewski Agency in 2011. She joined our agency in 2016 when the two agencies merged. Joan is one of our four agency Personal Lines Account Managers.
Joan lives in Millcreek and is married with four children. She enjoys spending time with family, and her dog Dory, working out at the gym, and biking.
